Conditions for your use of Chat require that you agree to the following:

	•	That you not restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying Chat;
	•	That you not post (nor show on cam) any material that is harmful, invasive of publicity or privacy rights, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, offensive, illegal or otherwise objectionable or that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense or otherwise give rise to liability, or that discriminates on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation or ethnicity.
	•	That you not post or transmit any information, software or other material which violates or infringes in the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder;
	•	That you not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to the regulations promulgated by British law.
	•	That you not impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, a Christian Chat employee or volunteer, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
	•	That you not post or transmit any information, software or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component;
	•	That you do not in any way shape or form encourage any sexual or flirtatious behaviour. (This also includes when using Cams)
	•	That you do not post any links to other websites without the express written approval of Christian Chat. You may however allowed to post links to other areas of the Global Christian Network Group of sites which include: www.christianchat.co.uk www.cyberchurch.co.uk www.faithforum.co.uk www.click2date.co.uk www.christiannetwork.co.uk
	•	That you not post, upload, distribute or otherwise publish materials soliciting funds, promoting, advertising or offering for sale any goods or services or links, including soliciting other users for other commercial and non commercial online services without the express written approval of Christian Chat.
	•	That you do not ask for money, solicit for funds, ask international transfers of money as part of the 419 Scam or similar.

Christian Chat reserves the right to monitor Chat for adherence to this policy and may disclose any content, records or electronic communication, of any kind, including user e-mail (1) to satisfy any law, regulation or authorised governmental request, (2) if such disclosure is necessary to operate Chat or (3) to protect the rights or property of Christian Chat, a Christian Chat user or the public.

Christian Chat reserves the right to prohibit any conduct, communication or content it deems in its discretion to be harmful to individual users or other third-party rights, or to violate any applicable law. Christian Chat reserves the right to bar any user who fails to observe the terms of this policy, and these terms shall terminate immediately without notice from Christian Chat if in Christian Chat's sole discretion a user fails to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Christian Chat harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these terms and conditions or your violation of any rights of another. Any litigation related to the Chat shall be subject to the jurisdiction British Law with venue lying in Staffordshire, England.

YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. CHRISTIAN CHAT SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT FOUND ON CHAT. CHRISTIAN CHAT'S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CHRISTIAN CHAT SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, CHRISTIAN CHAT DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: (1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND (2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CHRISTIAN CHAT IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

NEITHER CHRISTIAN CHAT NOR ANY OF ITS PARENT OR MEMBER COMPANIES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
